CODE OF CONDUCT
By using the facilities, members and guests acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
GENERAL CONDUCT
Respect the equipment and people in the facility at all times.
Absolutely no offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Always come in proper workout attire and remain in workout attire throughout your visit.
EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY USE
Machines and equipment are to be used for their intended purpose only.
Do not use a piece of equipment you are unfamiliar with before consulting staff.
Use safe and reasonable weights when using equipment or machines.
Report damaged equipment to staff immediately.
Take care of equipment after use. Wipe down equipment and return any weights to their designated areas.
Do not use any one piece of equipment for an excessive amount of time.
Chalk must be in a proper container. Chalking directly onto equipment is prohibited. Staff holds discretion at all times with chalk use.
SAUNAS
The sauna is a dry sauna. Excessive sweat will damage it. Please bring a towel with you.
Clothes are mandatory in the sauna.
No shoes, no food, and no drinks.
BASKETBALL COURTS
No half-court or full-court shots. No shots from anywhere outside of the court surface.
No hanging on the rim.
Do not run into walls unnecessarily. Pads are there for safety, not for abuse.
All members must have access to the courts. If a member would like to shoot around, any pick-up games must stop or move to half court. No exceptions.
TRIPOD POLICY
Tripod usage is limited and will not be allowed during the following times:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
While usage is allowed outside of these hours, staff may ask that you move the tripod or discontinue recording if they determine your setup is:
Creating a safety hazard (fire code violation)
Blocking walkways (fire code violation)
Disrupting or disturbing other members
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
Photos and recordings must not be disruptive to other members.
Members will not use or post pictures or video recordings of any person without explicit consent from that individual.
Any member found to have pictures or video with the intent to bully or shame another individual online or through other forms of communication will have their membership immediately revoked. We are here to encourage community and support in the gym world, and this policy will both foster this environment and protect others’ dignity and privacy.
Recording may be restricted or prohibited at staff discretion.
Any professional equipment must be approved by management in advance.
DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Failure to comply with any policies and guidelines above will result in disciplinary action as follows:
First Offense: Verbal or written warning by any member of staff
Second Offense: Final warning issued by any member of staff
Third Offense: Membership suspension for one (1) month
This includes no access to the facility, and no membership dues will be charged during this suspension.
If a member is reinstated and reaches the third offense once more, their membership will be permanently terminated.
