Nate Williams

I have been training clients and athletes since 2008. I founded American Barbell in 2017 with the vision of building a premier fitness facility that welcomes people of all fitness levels while fostering a strong sense of community.

My passion for health and fitness comes from a deep belief in longevity and quality of life. At American Barbell, our mission is to educate and inspire our community to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We operate with a philosophy of Discipline > Motivation. Motivation may come and go, but discipline creates the consistency required to achieve meaningful and lasting results.

Courtney Williams

I have been a registered nurse for 18 years and have been personal training for 7 years. My approach to health and fitness focuses on helping individuals build an active lifestyle supported by balanced nutrition and sustainable habits.

As a business owner and mother of two amazing children, I understand the real-life challenges families face when trying to prioritize their health. Being a positive example for my kids and sharing the importance of fitness is something I believe every family can benefit from.

As both a nurse and a trainer, my goal is to bridge the gap between medicine and preventative health so others can live stronger, healthier, and higher quality lives.
